Projects

FEMA DORM ( Miami -Dade County DERM ):

ADA is currently one of the Program/Construction Managers for this contract. The project is comprised of County Wide Road Reconstruction and Resurfacing as well as Drainage Improvements. The firm was involved in all phases of the Project; from overseeing and coordinating the work of over 30 consultants performing engineering, surveying, soils, and materials testing, to managing all phases of construction. The firm is also providing scheduling, cost estimating, and reviewing monthly requisitions. The project is forecasted to complete at the end of 2005.

South Terminal at Miami International Airport (MIA):

ADA is currently providing structural & civil inspection services as part of the Quality Assurance Team.

Ground Transportation Improvement at the Southside Extension (MIA):

ADA provided construction administration and inspection services. The two-level roadway project included a new sanitary pump, water main construction, drainage, lighting and fire protection. The upper drive is a steel bridge structure with a concrete deck and asphalt pavement. The foundation consisted of auger piles and pile caps. The work also included construction of retaining walls for the off ramps from the upper level .
