Brownfield Site Rehabilitation Agreement (BSRA) for Miami International Airport

In 2000, A.D.A. Engineering, Inc. (ADA) was engaged by Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) to assist the engineering department prepare and implement a BSRA and supporting documents for Miami International Airport (MIA) pursuant to s. 376.80 Florida Statues.   ADA was responsible for all the data collection, interpretation of the brownfield regulatory requirements, financial incentives, review of local government consent order, agency coordination, and preparation of the draft BSRA.  In addition, ADA staff participated in several meetings with the airlines, tenants, and regulatory agencies to outline the airport’s brownfield initiative.  ADA draft BSRA was transmitted to the FDEP and DERM for preliminary review.
