ADA has been permitting environmental projects for over 25 years. These permits have been obtained from County, State and Federal Agencies. ADA has prepared and negotiated numerous National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and Environmental Resource Permit (ERP). Aside from the Brownfield Site Remediation Agreement (BSRA), ADA has also developed financial and regulatory programs for addressing the redevelopment of brownfields. |
